Our Story

Fate stepped in January 2004 when a friend of ours drove us together.  It was the perfect setting family, friends, and a cabin in the mountains.  We started out with a pre-party at the cabin with fun and games, and a bit of flirting.  Marianne and Renee got into a conversation, with both (Aimee and I) cornered in separate rooms, and suggested for us to stop the flirting and go for it.  It took a lot more convincing for Aimee than I, but after a few more drinks and fate “leaking” in, we finally had our moment.  We spent the second hand touching midnight outside, in the car, talking of the pro’s and con’s of us starting our relationship and lives together.  We decided that our “spark” and great friendship could be something very special. 

It’s been story book ever since.
